Board Meetings

Meetings of The So. St. Louis  County - Proctor Fairgrounds Board are at 7pm on 3rd Wednesday of every month.                                                                      
Annual meeting will be held on third Tuesday of October at 7pm at all the new office on fairgrounds. 

All Meetings open to public.

All Closed meetings will be held after  all regular Fair board meetings and will be run under the open meeting law.
